Senior Data Scientist (People Analytics) 2024–Present

  • Lead research to track and increase GenAI usage across Workday.
  • Apply causal inference techniques to estimate the impact of employees joining workplace clubs on collaboration and sentiment.
  • Provided insights on Workday’s Giving and Doing program that guided a redesign to boost employee volunteering.
  • Delivered in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations on time-off policies (PTO and leaves of absence) to the executive committee, improving tracking accuracy and informing updates to leave policies.
